Bark in the Park
Bark in the Park

Bark in the Park is by far the largest fundraising event hosted by the Peoria Human Society. It is a family friendly event that has something for pets, pet lovers, kids, and adults. It's held the second Sunday in October at the Peoria RIverfront Festival Park. One of the highlights of the Bark is seeing hundreds of feet and paws join together as they take on the "Walk for Animals" along the Peoria Riverfront. The goal of Bark in the Park is to raise money to help the animals o fthe Peoria area as well as provide a fun event for pets and their familys to share together.
