Experience India’s culture and cuisine, right here in Peoria. The Peoria Park District and Indo-American Society invite you to this signature cultural event to open the season on the RiverFront. Join us for authentic culinary delights, handicrafts, dresses, and traditional arts & crafts. Learn yoga, meditation, and more from the informational speaker sessions. Once again, India Fest will feature the annual cricket game in the Sports Field between the Peoria and Bloomington teams. The non-stop entertainment continues into the evening with popular songs, dances, and pulsating music.

Learn the basics of Salsa and other Latin Dances at the Contemporary Art Center.  Dance lesson, 7 - 8 p.m. followed by open dancing to DJ Ed Caballera, 8 - 11 p.m.  Cash bar available.
