One of the Peoria Park District's signature events returns to the RiverFront in 2007.  The first day of the River City Soul Fest celebrates Gospel music with a variety of local choirs as well as  headliner, famous Gospel recording artisit, Vickie Winans!  Don't miss the soulful sounds of gospel on the RiverFront, as well as vendors, food, and more.  The second day of the River City Soul Fest is guaranteed to entertain the crowd!  Join us on the RiverFront for fabulous food & drink, cultural exhibits, the step show, and the 2007 headliners:  The Original Family Stone Founding Member and Alumni of Sly and The Family Stone.  Also featuring The Origninal P.
