Join us at John C. Flanagan House Museum to discuss Kristin Hannah’s The Four Winds.

A story of courage, sacrifice and resilience during the Great Depression’s Dust Bowl as Elsa Martinelli makes the agonizing choice to leave their devastated family farm in Texas to join the thousands who head to California, lured by the rumored promise of jobs, plentiful food and a better life for her children. Simultaneously heartbreaking and hopeful.
This event is free and open to all.
