2017-2018 New Year’s Eve Countdown Presented by Better Built, The Union Construction Network, will take place on Sunday, December 31st.

Howlin' on Water New Year's Eve BASH! back for our 13th year now in the BALLROOM! Cost is $86pp plus tax for The Waterhouse's banquet buffet dinner (and texas sheetcake for dessert!), drinks included (4 types of draft beer, 7 types of wine, Call level mixed drinks, soft drinks - sorry, no shots), New Year's Eve party favors, champagne toast at Midnight, and of course the hilarious sing-along, clap-along, laugh-along dueling pianos show presented by Central Illinois Dueling Pianos! 

Doors open at 6:30p, Dinner starts at 7:00p, and the extended 4 hour show is from 9p-1a. Seats will go on sale beginning 11/1!

Buffet menu is Kahlua Pulled Pork, Waterhouse Chicken (boneless breast in a creamy white wine sauce with mushrooms), Tossed Mixed Greens, Smashed Potatoes, Glazed Baby Carrots, Buttered Corn, Dinner Rolls, and Texas Sheetcake. *Vegetarian Pasta Primavera in a light alfredo available with prior notice.
