Peoria Area Community Events (PACE) is pleased to announce the theme of the 135th Annual Santa Claus Parade is “Winter Wonderland”. The parade, scheduled to step off at 9:15 a.m. on November 25, 2022, is the longest running holiday parade in the country. The parade features costumed characters, novelty walking units, decorated floats, marching bands, and of course Santa Claus.

Costumes and floats depicting the parade theme “Winter Wonderland” will compete for awards presented for the Best Novelty Unit, Best Overall Unit, Best New Entry, Best Commercial Float Entry, Best Non-Profit Float Entry, and Best Religious Float Entry.

A small wonder means small work from local artists and that means work priced for holiday gifts! Gallery 3R is turned into a gift shop for small works of art. Just like a gift shop, buyers may take home the item at the time of purchase. Shop early for the art lover in your life. Glass, ceramics, paintings, sculpture, jewelry, original prints and much more will be on display. 

Besides regular business hours: Tuesday-Saturday 11-5:00, we are open late until 9:00pm during events (First Friday, Live at the Five Spot) and at the combined art reception on Saturday, November 19, 6:30-8:30pm. Live at the Five Spot: Still Shine

Tickets in Advance Online: $8-members, $12-nonmembers + fees (until 5pm day of event).
Tickets at the door*: $12-Members, $16-nonmembers 
(Tickets for walk-ins will be available until max capacity is reached)

When checking in at the door, be prepared to share your table and seat number.

Water and pop for $1.00 is offered at the bar. Attendees may bring their own food and drink or bring in food and drink from the Rhythm Kitchen.

About the band:
Still Shine is a group of like-minded, seasoned musicians blending acoustic roots and progressive bluegrass. Mixing acoustic guitar (Rob Bailey), upright bass (Dave Frye), harmonica (Andy Passie), banjo (Steve Hatfield), mandolin/ tenor banjo/percussion (Wes Duffy), and tight vocal harmonies, they have quickly gained a following in the Midwest. They have shared the stage with artists such as Split Lip Rayfield, Chicago Farmer and The Way Down Wanderers just to name a few.
