The Fine Arts Society of Peoria presents a lecture by Dr. Elliot Engel, author, scholar, and nationally known speaker, at the Peoria Riverfront Museum, 222 SW Washington St. in downtown Peoria. Using anecdotes, analysis, and large doses of humor, Dr. Engel will reveal an inspiring public and private Winston Churchill. Social time at 9:30 a.m.; lecture begins at 10:00 a.m. Admission: $12 for adults; $5 for students.
