One of the Peoria Park Districts signature events returns to the RiverFront in 2010.

The first day (8/13) of the River City Soul Fest celebrates Gospel music with a variety of local choirs and performers including United Pentecostal, Galilee Choir, Ward Chapel, St. Paul, New Hope, Integrity, DA Vision, and The Soul Fest Community Choir. Headliners are DeWayne Woods and Wess Morgan! Dont miss the soulful sounds of Gospel on the... RiverFront, as well as merchants, food, and more. Gates open at 5:30pm, entertainment begins at 6pm. Tickets are $10 at the gate only (no pre-sale for Fri).

Day two (8/14) will feature more local talent on stage including The Soul Fest Community Band playing with audition winners Deja Jones, Richard Jackson, & Kendall Anders, plus, DreRob & The Fellas, Brisk and Johnel Henderson. We are pleased to announce that the 2010 headlining act is award winning group, En Vogue! Gates open at 5:30pm, entertainment begins at 6pm. Advance tickets can be purchased for $15 from etix.com, and at all local Co-Op Records locations as well at The Riverfront Visitor Center on Water Street. Tickets will be available for purchase at the gates for $20 on the night of the show.
