The 134th Annual SANTA CLAUS PARADE – the longest running holiday parade in the country - steps off at 10:15 AM on Friday, November 26, 2021 (the day after Thanksgiving). Please join us in this great Peoria tradition as the parade takes a magical journey through the downtown streets of Peoria. The costumed characters, novelty walking units and decorated floats will surely get you in the holiday spirit and delight the children along the route. The parade telecast, sponsored by Busey Bank, will be broadcast live on WMBD-TV Channel 31 from in front of City Hall.

This years parade will return to the route from years past. It will begin at the Peoria Central Firehouse on Monroe & Bryan Streets, then proceed on Monroe to Main, left on Main Street, right on Jefferson Street, left down Liberty Street and finally left on Adams Street ending at the courthouse.

While we are returning to a traditional parade this year, we encourage you to wear a mask and social distance as much as you can.
